Then, yesterday, corresponding to the twenty-sixth of this June, a person appeared before the Public Prosecution, confirming his close relationship with the victim’s husband, and expressing his desire to make statements that implicated the reporting husband in the murder of his wife as a result of differences between them, confirming that he witnessed the circumstances of the murder and knew the place of burial of her body. .
In this regard, and for the membership of the victim’s husband in one of the judicial authorities, the Public Prosecution obtained from that authority permission to take investigation measures once morest him regarding the incident in which he was accused, and according to which the Public Prosecution ordered his arrest and bringing him, and followed his itinerary on the day the person who appeared before the Public Prosecution decided that it was the day the husband committed The accused, the incident of the murder, seized evidence suggesting the truth of his story, and moved with him to the place where he instructed the burial of the victim’s body there, and I found it, and the Public Prosecution was accompanied by the forensic doctor, where this person who guided the place confessed his participation in the commission of the crime, and on The Public Prosecution ordered his detention for four days pending investigations, which are being completed.
