According to the Central Bank of Egypt, it is scheduled to officially resume work in all Egyptian banks, tomorrow, next Sunday, corresponding to May 8, following the end of the vacation period, according to the official dates for daily work in banks from eight in the morning, when all customers are received.

The money market in Egypt is awaiting the next meeting of the Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank of Egypt, scheduled for May 19, to determine interest rates for the coming period.
The average price of the dollar in Egypt, according to the data of the Central Bank of Egypt website today, stabilized at 18.44 pounds for purchase, and 18.52 pounds for sale, which are the same prices as yesterday.
In the National Bank of Egypt, the largest government bank, the dollar price did not change, to remain at 18.45 pounds for purchase, and 18.51 pounds for sale.
The price of the dollar at the Commercial International Bank (the largest private bank in Egypt) stabilized at regarding 18.43 pounds for purchase, and 18.53 pounds for sale.
The price of the euro and the pound sterling today in Egypt
The average price of the European euro, according to the Central Bank of Egypt’s website, remained at 19.33 pounds for purchase, and 19.43 pounds for sale.
And the price of the euro in the National Bank of Egypt recorded 19.34 pounds for purchase, and 19.61 pounds for sale.
At Banque Misr, the same prices recorded in the National Bank were repeated.
At the Commercial International Bank, the price of the euro recorded 19.32 pounds for purchase, and 19.63 pounds for sale.
The average price of the pound sterling, in the banking market, according to the Central Bank of Egypt, was 22.91 pounds for purchase, and 23.03 pounds for sale, which are the same prices as yesterday.
The prices of the riyal, dirham and dinar today in Egypt
The average price of the Saudi riyal, according to the Central Bank of Egypt website, settled at 4.91 pounds for purchase, and 4.94 pounds for sale, which are the same prices as yesterday.
At the National Bank of Egypt, the price of the Saudi riyal remained at regarding 4.91 pounds for purchase, and 4.93 pounds for sale.
The price of the Saudi riyal at the Commercial International Bank did not change, recording 4.90 pounds for purchase, and 4.94 pounds for sale.
The average price of the UAE dirham, in the banking market, according to the Central Bank of Egypt, settled at 5.02 pounds for purchase, and 5.04 pounds for sale.
The price of the Kuwaiti dinar, according to the Central Bank of Egypt website, was also fixed at 60.05 pounds for purchase, and 60.41 pounds for sale, which are the same prices as yesterday.
