The price of gold has stabilized today, Wednesday, in Egypt, during the current trading, compared to what it was in the dealings before this evening, according to what Naguib Club, former Secretary General of the Gold Division of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, told Masrawy.
And the price of a gram of gold jumped from the beginning of trading until this evening’s dealings, at a value of 50 pounds.
This comes after the price of the pound fell against foreign currencies more than usual and close to what happened on March 21 and October 27, when the price of the dollar in banks today exceeded the level of 26 pounds.
Gold prices today
14 karat gold prices stabilized at 1133 pounds per gram.
The price of 18 karat gold recorded about 1457 pounds per gram.
And the price of 21 karat gold settled at 1700 pounds per gram.
The price of 24 karat gold reached 1943 pounds per gram.
The price of the gold pound
The price of the gold pound settled at 13,600 pounds, and the price may vary from one trader to another, and this price is equal to the value of gold in the pound.
The global price of gold
The price of gold rose globally during trading today, Wednesday, to about $ 1855 an ounce, an increase of 0.89%, according to Bloomberg agency data.
