The President’s Health Adviser: Corona is not over and we are in the sixth wave of the virus

Doctor warned Mohamed Awad Taj El DinAdviser to the President of the Republic for health and preventive affairs, from excessive use of antibiotics, especially when suffering from colds, because of the great health risks that it poses followingwards.

Awad Taj El-Din added, in a telephone interview to the “Hadrat Al-Citizen” program with the media, Sayed Ali, that the Corona virus has not ended at the global or regional level, and there are ongoing mutants of the virus, despite the lack of serious infections or complications, “We must continue with prevention and measures.” Precautionary measures and we will not be lenient in adhering to them.”

And Dr. Muhammad Awad Taj El-Din continued: “We are now in the sixth wave of the Corona virus, and there are family cases or among friends, and all of them can be infected as a result of mixing, whether in food or others, and the disease is contagious and affects the largest number of people in the current period.”

He pointed out that there is an increase in the number of cases infected with the Corona virus in Egypt currently, so there is no alternative to precautionary and preventive measures and wearing masks once morest the virus, “The symptoms of the sixth wave of Corona are old and there is nothing new in it.”
