The presidential ‘tracking’ of La FM increases the difference between Rodolfo Hernández (52%) and Gustavo Petro (44%)

The engineer from Santander Rodolfo Hernández (52%) has an advantage over Gustavo Petro (44%), in a tracking revealed this Wednesday by La FM, with the intention of Colombians voting for the second presidential round that will be voted on June 19. The blank vote is at 2.7%.

By region, Hernández wins in Antioquia, the Caribbean, the Central East, the Central South, the Coffee Region and the Eastern Plains. Petro wins in the Pacific and Bogotá.

Information collection procedure: computer-assisted telephone interview (CATI) to cell phones in Colombia.

Sampling error: ± 2.9% (n=1,200) for a confidence level of 95.5% (two sigma) and in the most unfavorable hypothesis of P=Q=0.5 in the assumption of simple random sampling.

Duration of the interview: approximately 4-5 minutes.

Fieldwork dates: May 30 and 31, 2022.
