The crossing, at the end of the 28 /7remains riddled with possible surprises – disappointing or satisfactory – that are difficult to pinpoint. And this involves the two irremediably antagonistic sides; although very little competitive from an electoral projection, pointing out the resounding difference between a rampant and decadent officialism versus its democratic opposition rival, persisting, with its enormous electoral support, in uprooting that potentially invasive and counterproductive Chavista weed to the national interest and beyond, still ready to diminish the future of Venezuelans.

The hustle and bustle doesn’t end on 7/28: It seems that the ruling party and the opposition will continue to ‘disagree’

According to the Electoral Schedule, the constitutional date of the presidential elections was brought forward in order to take advantage of the regime in its feverish desire to remain in power through its hackneyed indefinite reelection; the same occurs with the long additional time of maneuver planned – from 7/28 to 1/10/2025 – just in case the continuity sees its chances of declaring itself the winner of the elections frustrated.

The aforementioned period of more than five months is already at the service of Chavista tricks and shenanigans, intended not to avoid or mitigate the consequences of an imminent electoral defeat already awaiting them, much less to enable the Liaison Commission, made up of representatives of the outgoing government and the government of Change, no.

The most likely, and realistic, is the possibility of seeing a transmuted Regime, followed by cronies and unconditional supporters, rising up as gallo pinto battered, insisting on saving the ‘revolution’ through familiar constituent procedures, this time accompanied by repression.

nor continue to succumb to their tactics.

The Regime is convinced of its deceptive capabilities and remains rooted in its information matrix of believing itself to be a winner and ignoring the popular will.

The biased expressions in the state media continue, no longer trying to deceive Venezuela and the world with false assessments and surveys, to fill with false expectations those who tow and herd in their street acts, also their pesuvist cadres victims of their own lies believing in a remote and utopian chance coming from 1×10.

In a display of ‘revolutionary’ discipline according to which, according to Bernal and other magicians of the regime, the machinery itself puts the voting majorities in second place. That is, apart from an infallible and efficient pesuvist logistics, we will be in the presence of: ‘actas kill votes’ or simply facing an ‘automated system vs. a downpour of voters’. Hmm.

The ‘drill’ carried out on Sunday 30th, was turned into a top secretbecause although there was no opposition movement, the electoral sampling favored Edmundo González.

In the pursuit of negotiations with the United States, only with regard to the Qatar agreements, the Regime wants to appear preeminent

The possible reopening of diplomatic relations implies a supposed recognition by the White House of its “evident” chances of winning on 7/28. This borders on the anecdotal and much more on the unfortunate desire to make the Presidential elections an act of magic simulating fraud.

The triumphant Opposition has no choice but to proceed according to the positions and reactions of the Regime in the face of its well-deserved electoral defeat.

If the government commits fraud, distorting the results, then the winning force of Change must occupy the streets – in an orderly and civil manner as possible – and claim victory; without paying attention to the already announced ‘precautions’ of militarization; aspiring, however, to the coherent position of the guardians of order, who out of respect for the popular will, for the People in their right, must not only allow the just claim but protect it from the violence of the shock groups – probably already foreseen – ready to intercept and prevent the popular mobilization.

We are warned regarding the implicit danger if the Regime, in its aberrant political denial, forces the Opposition to claim victory in the streets, seeking to generate a state of commotion.

Both the Democratic leadership and those who uphold the arms of the Republic are obliged – or predetermined – to converge in the correct direction and attitude for the sake of political sincerity and the salvation of Venezuela.

Civil political leaders are obliged to uphold the Will of the People, in the sense of an electorate aware of its unavoidable responsibility in crucial hours; likewise, those responsible for collective and constitutional safeguards.

The ‘formal’ start of the Electoral Campaign, last 4/7in Caracas and other cities, has simply reiterated the abysmal difference between the opposing candidates: Edmundo, exuding confidence and triumphalism due to his effervescent popular support, guided by his star María Corina; and the official party, stretching out its advantage and resources, threats and a lot of watering down, tending to show and maintain an artificial and far-fetched support, irremediably making its cape look quite torn and unstitched.
