Zelensky also confirmed that Ukraine It understands the threats it faces and is ready to face any scenario, while thanking America for its support.

However, Washington did not mention this call at all in its statement regarding the phone call between the two presidents, which lasted regarding 50 minutes.

The White House also reported that Biden and Zelensky agreed to continue the “diplomacy” and “deterrence” approaches toward Russia.
