His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, supervised this Friday evening in the city of Joule the opening of the exhibition held within the activities of the first edition of the Joule Cultural Festival.
His Excellency cut the symbolic ribbon to mark the official opening of this exhibition, before taking a tour inside its pavilions, during which he listened to explanations regarding local products and the various tools and services offered by those in charge of the exhibition pavilions.
The exhibition includes a variety of local products, including models produced by women’s agricultural cooperatives in the city, and traditional industries, in addition to the cultural village, which reflected the roles played by cultural and media institutions and bodies such as cultural, news, or artistic and practical programs to facilitate the dissemination of information and bring it closer to the citizen. Highlighting the country’s tourism and economic capabilities and recalling its cultural and scientific past.
His Excellency the President of the Republic was accompanied on this tour by the Minister of Culture, Youth, Sports and Relations with Parliament, Mr. Mohamed Ould Asouidat, the Wali of Gorgol, Mr. Ahmedna Ould Sid Ab, and the delegation accompanying the President of the Republic.
