Al-Marsad newspaper: An Egyptian nutritionist named Wafaa Al-Hamidi revealed the benefits of tea with walnuts.

Al-Hamidi said, in a post on her Facebook page, that drinking tea with walnuts has several benefits, the most prominent of which are:

1- The brain: Developing brain functions, reducing brain inflammation, and improving brain skills for people with Alzheimer’s.

2- Heart: Walnuts contain a large percentage of omega-3 fats when compared to any other type of nut, so eating a small portion of them suffices the body’s daily needs of omega-3, thus reducing the risk of heart disease.

3- The digestive system: Good nutrition for the individual and the beneficial bacteria present in the intestines, which then improves the health and efficiency of the intestines, reduces the chances of intestinal diseases, and reduces obesity.

4- Bone health: It contains multiple minerals, including copper, manganese, and magnesium, which are important elements for bone health, along with calcium, as they prevent osteoporosis.
