Nickname user jtisallbusiness said that he mightn’t get into PvP battles in any way – sometimes he waited two or three days to get into the queue, but he still didn’t find the right match.
The player speculated that the problem was due to the extremely high rating he earned by winning multiple matches while using his upgraded hero. And now the Immortal system simply cannot find a worthy opponent for him.
He reported the problem to Blizzard, however, they have not yet come up with a solution for such a unique case. The user is even thinking of using the services of lawyers to get the money back – following all, it turns out that his hero cannot be part of PvP matches.
The players, however, did not support the “victim”, noting in the comments to the thematic video that he was to blame for his problems, and the game system worked without errors.
