“Despite these efforts, the government and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport are holding back the issuance of Eastar Jet’s AOC,” he said.
The guarantee of basic rights, such as the right to live and the right to work, guaranteed by the Constitution cannot be an exception to them.”
Eastar Jet is being investigated by the police over allegations that it submitted false accounting data to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in the process of obtaining a license to change its international air transport business.
As the issuance of AOC was suspended due to a police investigation, the resumption of flights was also postponed indefinitely.
The police investigation is expected to take at least several months in the absence of business activities.
