The populations of the Ndenguelila District have, in a draft received by the editorial staff of Gabonactu.com, implored the President of the Transition, President of the Republic, Head of State, General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema to visit their landlocked locality.
“The daughters and sons insist and persist in receiving the Head of State in Ndenguelila so that he can see the state in which this functional administrative district is found but has been at a standstill since 1999 (25 years).”indicates the document signed by Serghes Mikala Mounganga, General Coordinator of the arrival of the President in the District of Ndenguelila.
President Oligui Nguema is expected in Tchibanga, the provincial capital of Nyanga, on July 12. The visit is part of his republican tour already underway in other provinces.
The Gabonese number one will have to visit and launch projects in several other cities in the western province of the country, namely Mayumba, Moabi, Mabanda and Mongo. But some nationals of the province want him to also visit the District of Moukalaba-Douvongou-Ndenguelila in the department of Mougoutsi, an agglomeration devoid of almost everything.
For Mikala Mounganga, “as if that were not enough, a few months ago this District was the victim of a natural disaster whose scars are still perceptible. A District where all the civil and military administration and related services do not reside there.”
