Good deal of the day – New Orleans Pelicans & Toronto Raptors: big sigh of relief for the Pelicans who win once morest Chicago. Although in bad shape, the adversary was of size and it is without trembling that Devonte ‘Graham and his – in front of an audience oh so invested – dehorned the bull. The little guys from Louisiana are now equally with the Lakers but still recover the 9th place. When two balance sheets are touch-and-go, the highest-ranked team in its division takes the top seat. And then in the North, the Raptors made the Cavaliers pay house fare. The victory allows Nick Nurse’s men to hope for better than the play-in. On the contrarythis setback has hovered over those of JB Bickerstaff, the fear of a season with a tumultuous finish.
Bad Trade of the Day – Cleveland Cavaliers, Chicago Bulls & Denver Nuggets: Jarrett Allen is vital for this Cleveland team, his return is long overdue. The Cavaliers are certainly tied with the Raptors, but the mental advantage is clearly Canadian. In Chicago, the damage is done, in the making, and will probably be done for some time to come. Billy Donovan’s team is no longer there with five defeats in their last six games. The Bulls can still slip on the seventh spot, synonymous with a play-in that would be… shameful? And then in Denver, the Devin Booker storm is likely to leave its mark. The Wolves are getting closer and, on April 2, travel to Colorado to settle scores with the Nuggets. It will not take choke.
