The certificate will be valid for one year. They include the following medical studies, complete laboratory, chest x-ray, electrocardiogram, ergometry and echocardiogram.
The initiative aims to prevent the appearance of preventable diseases or injuries and protect the health of neighbors who carry out physical or sports activities recreationally, competitively, amateurly or professionally as a team or individually.
In the project, the president of the Deliberative, Silvana Larralde argument, “I am publishing knowledge that in recent years there has been an increase in fatal episodes that occur suddenly or unexpectedly during or following the development of physical activities. Faced with this problem, it seeks to require a medical certificate of physical fitness to prevent accidents.” In Cipolletti, in recent years there have been cases of sudden death during soccer games.
If the ordinance is approved, all residents of Cipolletti who carry out physical activity or sports in institutions, academies, sports centers, gyms, clubs and any other establishment dedicated to the teaching and practice of sports They must present the certificate to those in charge of the institutions.
In the event that sports centers do not comply with the regulations, sanctions will be set through the fault code.
