The opinions of the coaches for the Prix de la Place Morny in Deauville
Gianluca Bietolini : Deep Hope (1) was blessed with a wrong string number last time and was unable to show his true colors. Then, he should have raced at Longchamp but I preferred not to present him, because he still had to start outside. His form is excellent and the straight course will not bother him. He has to carry weight, but with a good trip, I expect a good result.
Mlle Victoria Head : Raysteve (2) has run well once more lately, managing to place itself in 41 value. He stayed well and I think he will still hold his game well. He will start outside (15), but he is easy to ride and often goes in front.
Miss Anne-Sophie Crombez: Baileys Blues (3) remains on a good attempt and is in good shape, which is important in this type of event. Rain is forecast, which will not be done to hinder it. He should behave well.
Miss Adelaide Budka: Ruthless (4) ran a little less well than I thought at Fontainebleau. In fact, I think the condition of the track bothered and tired him. He had a little slack following this attempt. We gave him time to cool off and he is coming in great for this race. All the lights are green, I expect good behavior.
Jean-Vincent Toux: Mubaalegh (5) stayed in form but has no margin in value 39. So, you have to see him for a place instead.
Christopher Ferland: Chirimiri (6) is a consistent horse that remains competitive despite an increased weight. He has the right to finish in the winning combination.
Ms. Corine Barande Barbe: White Platin (7) runs a little shorter, but as it looks like it’s going to rain, it might extend the distance a bit. It is starting to use well once more and is not too badly placed in the stalls (7). It’s a slightly shorter stage on his way, he likes straight lines.
Maurizio Guarnieri: Bacchilide (8) now has less margin on the value scale, although the handicapper has lowered it a bit. His form is good and he has already done well on the straight, but before the kick I think it will be tough for the win. Nevertheless, I hope he can grab a place.
Edward Monfort: Mr Goodnight (9) was unlucky. This year, facing the seniors, it’s not easy, which is why I’m trying the adventure on a shorter course. Lately, he defended himself very well but the distance was a bit short. Here, with a good trip, he will leave with my confidence and I hope to see him run well.
Gavin Hernon : Baileys Flower (10) she had a bleime five days before racing at Chantilly. There, his feet are frozen! So I think she should run very well. In addition, rain is announced, which is a good thing.
Joeri Goossens : Baby Sim (11) was very unhappy last time. Otherwise, he would have finished in the top three. As he recovered well from his efforts, we supplemented him to take part in this event. If all goes well, he is capable of a very good performance.
Hedi Ghabri: Al Ula (12) has already done well over this distance and, with a good trip, a place cannot be ruled out. Not having a lot of margin in weight, you have to benefit from a good running of the race, but if that’s the case, I wouldn’t be surprised to see her take up a place.
Matthew Boutin: True Romance (13) displays a good level of form and remains on an encouraging performance. We present ourselves in all humility, a place would delight me at this level. He is rather indifferent to the state of the field.
Horse owner: Sirius Slew (14) might have been third if he hadn’t found himself a little too early in the heat of the action last time out. It is better to wait longer. Each time, he runs very well on the straight line of Chantilly, I hope it will be the same on that of Deauville. He is in good shape. He needs good ground. It is not an easy task at this level. To be seen at the end of the combination.
Mlle Carla O’Halloran : Khan (15) remains on a good race at Chantilly and is still in very good shape. Previously, he had not been unworthy in a handicap at Fontainebleau. It has been lowered by one kilo on the scale of values and is well placed at the rope (5). It should not be neglected.
Mlle Anastasia Wattel : Avoid (16) was entitled to three months of vacation. He is ready for this comeback but still needs to run when he reconnects with competition. Besides, I would have preferred him to be in the second round. Better to see it soon on the PSF.

About the author, Anthony Prioux
Passionate regarding horse racing for regarding thirty years, I started to really take an interest in horse racing when I was in high school. This passion for horse racing never left me and, more than 10 years ago, I started to offer my PMU predictions on the internet before creating Frequency Turf in 2013. Originally from Saint-Nazaire in Loire-Atlantique ( 44), a department which has many reference racecourses (Cordemais, Nantes, Pontchâteau, Châteaubriant), I regularly attend racetracks, which allows me to spot horses for PMU meetings.
