In the reporting month of February 2023, there was a change in the model with the most registrations in three segments: The Opel Corsa had the most new registrations in the “small car” segment and the “SUV” segment was led by the Tesla Model Y. The VW Touran dominated the “large-capacity vans”. The other segments featured the models with the most registrations from the previous month.
In the February 2023 reporting month, the electric vehicles (BEVs) once more ranked first for the Tesla Model Y, while for plug-in hybrids it was the Mercedes C-Class. In the case of vehicles with fuel cell drives, the Hyundai Nexo and Toyota Mirai models had the most new registrations, each with the same number of units.
The most registered hybrid drive model (without plug-in) was the Audi A4. The full hybrids were repeatedly led by the Toyota Yaris. The vehicle with the highest number of registrations using gas fuel (overall) was the Dacia Dogger. No new registrations were registered for the hydrogen drive type. (awm)
