As recently as Monday, it was written on Wikipedia that Oasis WERE an English band. Today it says that they are her again.

Yes, the Gallagher Brothers Band is back. She announced on Tuesday that she is embarking on a stadium tour in July and August next year, which will include fourteen dates in Britain and Ireland.

There are still many unanswered questions surrounding the return itself. Oasis stated that there was no breakthrough moment during their comeback that prompted their reunion, just a gradual realization that now was the right time.
