The number of business creations reached 32,510 units in the first four months of 2022, according to the general dashboard of the Moroccan Office for Industrial and Commercial Property (OMPIC).
These companies are divided into legal persons with 22,819 units and natural persons with 9,691 units, reveals the same source.
In detail, trade monopolizes 35,86% of total business start-ups, monitoring of construction and public works (BTP)real estate activities (18,63%)various services (17,28%)transports (9,21%)des industries (6,83%)hotels and restaurants (6,18%)from the sector TIC (2,6%)agriculture and fishing (2,3%)then financial activities (1,11%)let the scoreboard know theOMPIC.
The regional distribution shows the predominance of the region Casablanca-Settat with 9,306 companies, ahead Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima (4.465), Rabat-Sale-Kenitra (4.424), Marrakech-Safi (3.037), Fes-Meknes (2.592), Souss Massa (2.146)l’Oriental (1.768), Laayoune-Sakia The Hamra (1.537)Blessed Mellal-Khenifra (1.184), Drâa-Tafilalet (941), Dakhla-Oued Eddahab (756) et Guelmim-Oued Noun(354).
Regarding the legal form, 62,3% of the companies created are single-member limited liability companies (SARLAU), 37,4% are limited liability companies (SARL) et 0,2% are public limited companies (on).
