At that time, the other side of the conflict, the volunteer KEBrila, was drafted on Wednesday. If she does not agree with the violation, the case will also be examined further.

Kaunas police spokesperson Odeta Vaitkevičienė 15min said that she has 15 days to make a decision.

According to her, half of the minimum fine – 15 euros – was imposed on KEBril. E. Kvitkauskas would also be fined the same amount, but he did not immediately agree to it.

The Kaunas police remind that a fine of 30 to 140 euros is provided for obscene words or gestures in public places, offensive baiting of people, other intentional actions aimed at violating public order and seriousness of people.

According to her, the man was clinging to the people working at the event, cursing, following a verbal conflict developed, he resorted to physical actions. The woman said she was dragged from her workplace, locked in a security room, demanded to hand over her accreditation, the jacket given to the volunteers.

Vytautas Jasutis, president of the Lithuanian Skating Federation, said that the videos refute the accusations of the attack on the girl who worked here, V. Jasutis himself calls the woman’s behavior a provocation.

E. Kvitkauskas said that “he has never raised his hand once morest any woman in his life”. He claimed he wanted to take a photo of the girl’s credentials, but she refused to do so, “started yelling something”, then the girl grabbed his phone and threatened to throw it on the ice.
