The next Canadian: Medi Bayreuth brings Jackson Rowe – Medi Bayreuth

“Always wanted to play in Germany”

“Ever since I turned pro, I’ve always wanted to play in Germany. Germany is a beautiful country and I am delighted to be a part of Medi Bayreuth,” says Toronto-born Rowe. “It will come down to building a winning mentality and I look forward to working with my teammates and the coaches to win for the Medi fans and for Bayreuth!” He spent his high school years at Wasatch Academy in Mount Pleasant, a Utah basketball school recruiting Canadian talent. Rowe then went to California, where he attended California State University in Fullerton. He played 111 games for the Titans from 2016 to 2020. In his second season, they made it into the NCAA tournament in 2018, but had no chance in the first round against the Purdue Boilermakers (48:74). During his time with the Titans, Rowe averaged 12.1 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 30:24 minutes per game.
