More than 34 million VW Passats have been sold to date. Now the ninth generation is in the starting blocks, but only as a station wagon variant.
The price list for the new VW Passat Variant with a load space volume of up to 1,920 liters starts at 48,490 euros at market launch (110 kW/150 hp petrol engine with seven-speed DSG transmission), the equally powerful diesel engine starts at 52,990 euros according to the online configurator. A plug-in hybrid drive with an electric range of more than 100 kilometers is also available for the new VW Passat station wagon.
