To celebrate the anniversary of the Saudi club, its equipment supplier Puma has just unveiled a jersey inspired by the design of the 70s.
First in the championship and defending champion, the Saudi club Al Hilal, where Neymar plays among others, is celebrating its 67th anniversary this year.
For the occasion, Puma is releasing a retro collection with a limited edition jersey and a tracksuit set whose design is inspired by the time when Brazilian football legend Rivelino played at the club between 1978 and 1981. At the time, already, the jersey was made by Puma. However, it is difficult to identify a single equipment supplier, as evidenced by this photo where the Brazilian is wearing a Puma jersey, but adidas shorts and socks.
The team will wear this jersey for the first time on Friday October 18, 2024, against Al Feiha, to celebrate the founding of the club dating back to October 16, 1957.
A tunic in the same spirit as the OM 125th anniversary jersey. The jersey is available on the Puma website at the price of 95€.
