As it happened in the Lusail Stadium, this Wednesday in the streets of Buenos Aires it was possible to see Lionel Messi lifting the World Cup. The captain of the Argentine National Team returned to be immortalized on the Buenos Aires road with a new wall lifting the most beautiful trophy of all achieved in he Qatar World Cup 2022.
The interveners were a group of conglomerate artists in the movement “National Mosaic”which was founded in 2009 and which creates murals with cultural theme on public roads using the technique of mosaicism, with -precisely- Venetian mosaic. In this case, the star from Rosario is seen lifting the trophy, as happened on December 18 in Qatar.
With clear expressions of joy on her face and a height of approximately three meters, Messi adds a new mural of the hundreds observed throughout the country since the national team won once morest France in the world final on penalties, following the emotional tie in three, with two of their goals.

Schuster: “Messi must retire from the Argentine National Team”
Bernd Schuster, former player of the German National Team and of Real Madrid, Atlético Madrid and Barcelona, where he was a teammate of Diego Maradona, spoke regarding the Argentine team and Leo Messi.
“I don’t know Messi so well, to know how he thinks. I’ve met great players who say: ‘I’ve reached the top, I’m retiring from football, I’ll take that final, that last trophy, that success and then I’m retiring, at least from the National Team’. I think Messi can still play for a few years, he has football in his head and is in a comfortable place at Paris”, began in dialogue with Super Depor Radio.
When asked if he imagines him playing the next World Cup in 2026, he assured that he sees it “difficult”, although you can’t say 100% no because he takes great care of himself and everything has improved: diet, medicine and training.
