The new Max Verstappen is only four years old

A four-year-old boy went for a spin in his mother’s car early in the morning in Utrecht, Netherlands, and promptly rammed two parked cars. He then ran away in his pajamas and barefoot, the police said on Sunday. A new Max Verstappen had been discovered, the police report said, alluding to the Dutch Formula 1 racing driver.

A little further on, a driver noticed the boy, took care of him and called the police. Since it was not immediately clear where the boy came from, the officers took him to the police station and gave him hot cocoa. Soon following, the report came in regarding the accident and the car standing around, which was registered to the mother.

reenacted collision

A call to the mother clarified that the boy was her son. When the mother was on the phone with the boy, the police saw that he was making steering movements with his hands and simulating a collision. They suspected a connection. At the scene of the accident, they asked the boy to show how he drove the car. With the key, he managed to open the car, start it and then operate the clutch and gas. As it turned out, the boy woke up in the morning when his father left for work and decided to drive.
