Editor’s note: The Asian Games will benefit the people. After upgrading, 56 competition venues and 31 training venues are making new appearances one following another. The Zhejiang News Client launched the column “New Pavilion Unlocks Zhejiang to Play “Cards” to experience the feeling of burning calories in the newly unlocked Asian Games venues.
The most popular sport in summer is swimming. On July 10, the swimming and diving hall of Huanglong Sports Center was officially opened to the public.
The Huanglong Sports Center Swimming and Diving Hall is a water polo competition venue for the Hangzhou Asian Games, with a scale of regarding 49,000 square meters and nearly 2,500 spectator seats.
Enter from Gate 1 of the Youtiao Hall, show your health code, and take the temperature measurement to the locker room on the second floor through the elevators on both sides. After changing into a swimsuit, you can see the bright and open venues when you go out, with the swimming competition pool in the vicinity, the diving platform and the 6-meter-deep diving pool in the distance.
“The swimming competition pool opened this time is a standard swimming pool of 50×25 meters and ten lanes.” Fang Wukang, director of the swimming fitness activity department of Zhejiang Huanglong Sports Center, told reporters. Because the water polo project has requirements for water depth, the swimming pool is 2 meters deep on average, and there is no shallow water area. Citizens who want to experience it need to go to the Bao Yugang swimming pool for testing. “Swimmers who swim 600 meters within 20 minutes (non-stop) are eligible to purchase tickets.”
In addition to the swimming pool, part of the diving pool of the venue (the diving platform is not open) is also open to the public, with a water depth of 5.25 meters to 5.7 meters, and some diving projects can be reserved.
Citizens who want to enter the venue for exercise can make an appointment through the Dynamic Yellow Dragon applet.
In the hot summer, hurry up and invite your friends to go!
