The neLia application, Guadeloupean winner of the “10,000 start-ups to change the world” prize

Drawing on his experience as a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment manager within the Colas and Vinci groups, Igor Canonne has developed neLia, an application to prevent risks on construction sites. Its tool uses artificial intelligence algorithms to detect risky situations. And this, from photo or video images filmed by a site manager or a prevention officer during his visit to the field. Once the images are obtained, all you have to do is upload them to the application. “We are the only French and European player to offer a service that combines the detection of accident risks by AI and live coaching to identify the corrective actions to be implemented on construction sites. Our solution is at the crossroads: artificial intelligence, digitization, advice and training,” says the designer of the application.

With Maohi Games, the Polynesian winner of the “tour de France of innovation” by La Tribune, neLia is now in the running for the Special Overseas Prize which will be unveiled during the grand finale on March 14th. The winner of the “La Réunion” stage, another overseas territory involved in this innovation competition, will be announced at the beginning of March.

Outremers360 is a partner of this 10th edition of the competition.
