To make the Navigo pass subscription more attractive, new services will be offered from Monday January 10 to the 4 million users of Ile-de-France, as explained. Sunday Newspaper.
The simple presentation of your valid transport ticket (monthly, annual, Liberté +, Senior, Imagine R…) will allow you to obtain advantages in nearly 300 places of culture in Paris and Ile-de-France. These can be reduced or decreasing prices, a free visit, a reduction on catering, workshops, meetings, invitations to a private viewing, etc.
Cinemas, museums and festivals
More than 150 cultural partners have already joined this project, offering discounts at 300 sites. Most of them are cinemas (147), but there are also museums (Quai Branly, Orsay, Center Pompidou), theaters (Opéra Garnier, Nanterre-Amandiers, Bouffes du Nord or Théâtre du Châtelet), or festivals (Rock en Seine, Autumn Festival in Paris, We Love Green…).
“The Navigo pass is an excellent vehicle for making cultural practice accessible to as many people as possible, all generations combined. This is particularly important at the moment, given the drop in attendance linked to Covid ”, explains in the JDD Florence Portelli, vice-president of the regional council in charge of culture. The use of public transport has also been reduced since the start of the health crisis.
