FC Sion plays in red and white, like the flags of Valais and the city of Sion. Same thing for Yverdon Sport with green and white. Gottéron plays in black (or blue) and white, like the colors of its canton (of the city), while Bienne is in “rouche et chaune”, not far from the red and white of the flag of the commune. But why do some of our French-speaking clubs not have the jersey of the color of their city or canton?
