The one where his sister-in-law, Cathy Dubois, a 46-year-old restaurateur, disappeared following closing her restaurant in Tournai. The 30 hours that passed between this moment and the discovery of his body in the Scheldt remain opaque.
Saturday, around 6 p.m., Cathy goes to the city center of the city of five bell towers, to take service at her restaurant “Une p’tite envious”. Her companion leaves her a little before 11 p.m. “They had a bit of a falling out, but nothing serious. Cathy wanted him to help her with closing, but he had to go pick up his son from his in-laws,” says David. Cathy therefore finishes the service with the last customers, who leave the restaurant around 11:30 p.m. It is from this moment that everything becomes less clear.
