Therefore, to improve the efficiency of data processing activities, VCPMC and regional CMOs chaired by JASRAC are planning to build a “Data Exchange System”.

VCPMC signed a cooperation agreement with platforms: Youtube, Facebook, Tiktok, Apple, Spotify… to build a music channel dedicated to each musician, not only maximizing revenue from exploiting works, but also Earn remuneration from the exploitation of recordings invested in and produced by the musicians themselves.

This is also one of VCPMC’s efforts to accompany members in supporting the dissemination and promotion of works. Currently, VCPMC is the only collective copyright representative organization in Vietnam, with the right to represent and protect the interests of over 5 million international authors in Vietnamese territory. At the same time, with bilateral commitments and coordination mechanisms between VCPMC and international organizations, the rights of Vietnamese authors are also managed and protected at 86 collective rights management organizations with the scope of regulated in 154 countries and territories around the world.

To meet development and integration, in January 2024, VCPMC moved the headquarters of the southern branch to a new, more spacious location. According to the plan, VCPMC continues to make changes in facilities and technical infrastructure at its headquarters in Hanoi.
