The chairman of Lääneranna municipal council, attorney-at-law Armand Reinmaa, offered the local society the right to use the Virtsu school building free of charge if the parents leave the court.
“The offer was relatively conditional,” Triin Raave, member of the board of Virtsu Rahva Maja MTÜ, confirmed to Lääne Elu. The correspondence between Reinmaa and the society ended with the proposal of the chairman of the municipal council that the society should turn to the Läänerantna municipal council in order to get the right to use the Virtsu school building free of charge for 50 years.

**Interview with Armand Reinmaa on the Lihula Soccer Match Incident**
**Interviewer:** Thank you for joining us today, Mr. Reinmaa. To kick things off, can you share your perspective on the recent satirical song performance at the Lihula soccer match that has drawn quite a bit of attention?
**Armand Reinmaa:** Thank you for having me. It’s unfortunate that a light-hearted and humorous performance has led to such serious consequences. The intent of satire is often to provoke thought and to address issues in a different light, but I can understand how it may have been received differently by various individuals.
**Interviewer:** How do you feel about the implications this event has had on the local community and the coach in question?
**Armand Reinmaa:** The community is tightly knit, and decisions made at this level can have significant impacts on relationships. While I believe humor can be a powerful tool for social commentary, it must be navigated carefully. As for the coach, it is regrettable that their career has been affected. We must find ways to foster a supportive environment while still encouraging diverse forms of expression.
**Interviewer:** Do you think there’s a line that should not be crossed with satire and humor, especially in public settings such as sports events?
**Armand Reinmaa:** Absolutely. While freedom of expression is vital, especially in a democratic society, it is equally important to consider the feelings and positions of others. Humor should be inclusive and aim to uplift rather than offend or demean. It’s crucial that we strive for balance between free expression and respect for all individuals involved.
**Interviewer:** Looking ahead, what measures do you think could be implemented to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future?
**Armand Reinmaa:** We need to promote dialogue and awareness about the power of language and the reception of satire. Workshops or discussions about the implications of such performances could be beneficial for both organizers and participants. Additionally, creating a code of conduct for public performances might help set clear expectations.
**Interviewer:** Thank you, Mr. Reinmaa, for sharing your thoughts on this matter. It’s an important conversation to have.
**Armand Reinmaa:** Thank you for having me. Open discussions are essential for understanding and complementing our community values.
