New platform
“CasaIn” is a new platform intended to simplify access to E-services for citizens. This platform offers a variety of E-services, such as the reservation of coworking spaces, cultural facilities, local sports grounds as well as the provision of ambulances for the benefit of patients.
The municipality of Casablanca is expanding its digital commitment with the launch of “CasaIn”, a new digital platform intended to simplify access to E-services for citizens. This new platform is an extension of Casablanca’s digital transformation strategy, in alignment with law 55.19 relating to the simplification of administrative procedures, indicates a press release from the municipality. The objective is to bring the city closer to its inhabitants through accessible and efficient E-services. “CasaIn, a digital platform which allows Casablanca residents to access municipal E-services, integrates harmoniously with the city’s other digital platforms, such as Casa Chikaya, CasablancaCity and Rokhas, thus strengthening the mobilization of a connected and committed,” specifies the municipality. This aims to position Casablanca as a national reference in terms of E-services.
Casablanca residents and associations domiciled in Casablanca can now manage their procedures online, which allows them to save precious time. CasaIn offers a variety of E-services, such as the reservation of coworking spaces, cultural facilities, local sports grounds, and other services intended for associations. After in-depth testing phases, the progressive and effective deployment of E-services was carried out within the different districts. This stage is led by Casablanca Prestations which developed the platform and developed an engagement plan to ensure a transition in several stages.
Four districts are involved in this pilot phase. The Moulay Rachid district and the Sidi Othmane district are implementing the dematerialization of the local sports field reservation service. For its part, the district of Sbata simplifies the provision of ambulances in the district for the benefit of patients in precarious situations. CasaIn offers a patient transport service for dialysis and chemotherapy sessions.
In addition, the Maarif district offers the dematerialization of the coworking service for the benefit of the district’s partner associations. The districts have thus created joint work spaces for partner associations. These spaces offer rooms equipped with all the necessary services, allowing associations to promote collaborative work and encourage active participation in the city of Casablanca. To take advantage of this service, partner associations can access the “Coworking Space” service on the CasaIn mobile application. They will then be able to follow the steps indicated to reserve a work room according to the available dates.
By making these spaces accessible, the municipality wishes to offer associations an environment conducive to their work, by providing them with the necessary resources to carry out their activities. CasaIn is now available on Apple Store, Play Store and Casa Store.
