In the last few hours, the story of Jeremías, a boy from Cordoba who has the dream of forming his own band, went viral. To fulfill his objective, he undertook a small project of selling glasses of fernet in his house in the Pilar neighborhood of the city of Córdoba.
“I work on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 a.m. to midnight. “I sell each glass for 250 pesos, which are of different sizes,” Jere said in a video published by the @Cordobeces account on Instagram.
And he explained how he makes them: “Each half of the bottle is cut and its edges are burned so that the person drinking it does not cut their lip. In addition, the containers have the measurements to place the fernet, coca and ice.”
“We make them and sell them because we have a group of friends here in the neighborhood and we are trying to form a band, that’s why we sell the glasses to buy guitars, microphones and all that,” said the young entrepreneur.
His stall is located in front of his house, located at 3,376 Chivilcoy Street, between Castañares and Tres Arroyos, Barrio Jardín del Pilar.
The surprise of Los Caligaris
After Jere went viral telling regarding his small venture, Los Caligaris decided to go to the teenager’s house and give him a big surprise.
The musicians asked regarding the prices of the glasses and suddenly, an electric guitar and an amplifier were pulled out of a car as a gift. Jeremías mightn’t believe it, he appreciated the tremendous gesture of the successful band that was also born in a neighborhood of the city and even dared to play with them.
