The Moving Stills, an indie pop band from McMasters Beach, Australia, has unveiled their new single ‘Westside’ released on June 14th from Sureshaker!
Produced and recorded by Izaac Wilson, who showed an outstanding combination on the previous album, with Adam Newling on harmonica.
I’m happy because they always provide what I’m looking for when listening to their music. When you want something like a cheerful mood. It is also the best that the melody humming power is high.
“Westside is regarding celebrating the positive aspects of life, so we wanted it to be a feel good upbeat track. It’s also regarding being able to slow down without feeling guilty regarding taking a break. It came following a holiday in WA and also reflects on all the time we have spent on the East Coast, playing shows and hanging out with the people that matter. It’s been a great year and we’re feeling optimistic regarding what’s coming ahead.” – Tommy

The song came following a vacation on the West Coast, and it’s also a reflection on all the time I spent on the East Coast, the shows and the people I loved.
