However, there are still some contents that distort, slander, insult the honor, reputation and personal dignity.

Mr. Dang Anh Quan is a lecturer at the Faculty of Commercial Law, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. Mr. Quan has a doctorate degree and is in charge of teaching on land and environmental law.
