The presumed technical characteristics of the Motorola Moto G 5G (2022) have leaked. Apparently, this future smartphone from Lenovo’s subsidiary brand will be entitled to a Snapdragon 750G processor.
Like its peers, Motorola has several devices in the works. Among these smartphones that are in preparation in the manufacturer’s workshops, there is the Moto G 5G (2022). The technical configuration of it has just been leaked. Our colleagues from Igeekphone did not specify the name of the source who gave them the information, but it must be said that this is a major leak as almost all the specifications of the components have been revealed. Starting with the screen which would measure 6.6 inches diagonally.
By the way, it should be noted that the Moto G 5G (2022) is said to be codenamed “Austin” and has been spotted on various platforms under the model number XT2213.
A 5G-capable processor
As indicated at the beginning of the article, the smartphone would ship a Snapdragon 750G processor. For your information, this is a mid-range octa-core SoC adopting ARM architecture. It contains two Cortex-A77 cores clocked at up to 2.2 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores clocking up to 1.8 GHz. The manufacturer would have opted for a RAM with a capacity of 4 GB, while the internal storage capacity would be 128 GB. In addition, the Motorola Moto G 5G (2022) would run the Android 11 operating system.
Un module photo dorsal triple
For the photo, it would be a question of a triple back module consisting of a main sensor of 50 megapixels, an ultra wide-angle lens of 8 million pixels and a macro lens of 2 million pixels. For power, the terminal would carry a 5000 mAh battery. We do not know, however, if the fast charge will be there. In any case, the storage memory would be expandable thanks to a micro SD port supporting a maximum capacity of 512 GB.
As for its design, the Moto G 5G (2022) should normally have physical buttons on its right edge. This part of the phone would notably house the power key as well as the volume control buttons. There would also be a physical fingerprint reader. The smartphone would include a USB-C port, a 3.5mm jack and stereo speakers. In addition, it would measure 9.3 mm thick.
When it comes to color options, rumors point to two colorways, namely, “Volcanic Ash” and “Frosted Silver.” The Moto G 5G (2022) is expected to debut next June.
