Gaza – On the 194th day of the Israeli war on Gaza, the occupation forces expanded their incursion into the Central Governorate to reach the east of Deir al-Balah camp, where the invading force was faced with strikes from the Palestinian resistance.
The occupation forces blew up an entire residential square north of the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza said – in its daily report on Wednesday morning – that the death toll from the aggression rose to 33,899 martyrs and 76,664 wounded since the seventh of last October.
This came following the occupation forces committed 6 massacres within 24 hours, including 56 martyrs and 89 injured, according to the ministry.
Al Jazeera’s correspondent reported that 6 Palestinians were killed and others were injured in a bombing that targeted them in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, north of Gaza City, while they were communicating with their families outside the Strip in an area where citizens have access to the Internet.
Six Palestinians, including two women and two children, were also martyred as a result of the occupation army targeting an UNRWA school housing displaced persons in the North Beach area, west of Gaza City.
Al Jazeera’s correspondent said that the occupation forces blew up residential squares in the southern areas of Ninth Street in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.
As the occupation forces expanded their incursion into the center of the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian faction movement announced that its fighters targeted a D-9 military bulldozer with a missile at Al-Yassin 105, east of Deir Al-Balah.
The factions also said that their fighters were engaging in fierce clashes with machine-gun weapons and anti-tank missiles with invading enemy soldiers and vehicles.
On the other hand, the occupation forces withdrew from the town of Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip following a two-day incursion during which they besieged schools housing displaced people and arrested dozens of them. They were subjected to field investigations and abuse at the hands of the occupation soldiers.
Israeli Channel 13 said that 7,200 wounded Israelis have been admitted to rehabilitation departments since the beginning of the war, and that a third of them have developed psychological reactions.
On the other hand, the Israeli “Wala” website said that 60 new disabled people are registered every day due to the war in Gaza.
The Lebanese-Israeli border witnessed a remarkable escalation, as the Israeli army announced that 14 of its soldiers were injured – some seriously – as a result of an attack carried out by Hezbollah with a bomb-laden drone on a site in the town of Arab Al-Aramsha in Galilee.
As a result, the Israeli army bombed the Iaat Plain in the Bekaa Valley, deep in Lebanon.
A leading source in the faction movement told Al Jazeera that the continued American retreat and bias towards the Israeli position led to a crisis in the prisoner exchange deal negotiations.
On the other hand, Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani said that Qatar is committed to working constructively and positively to bridge the gap in the negotiations, but it is evaluating the mediation and the involvement of all parties in it.
He explained during a press conference with the Turkish Foreign Minister in Doha that there was a misuse of mediation and its exploitation to achieve narrow political goals, as he put it.
