During the live broadcast of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) held on January 4th, NVIDIA announced that it would launch the “GeForce RTX 3090 Ti”, the top graphics card in the “GeForce RTX 30” series with a new generation of “Ampere” architecture. The GeForce RTX 3090 Ti is the top product of the RTX 30 series. It can provide 40M shader operations, 78M ray tracing operations, and 320M Tensor operations per second, which is regarding 17% higher than the RTX 3080 Ti. RTX 3090 improves by regarding 11%. Equipped with the same 24GB GDDR6X memory as the RTX 3090, the transmission speed is increased from 19.5Gbps to 21Gbps, an increase of regarding 7%.
Details of the power supply specifications, launch date and price of the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti are still to be announced by the official follow-up.
