The great star Omar Al-Hariri is an Egyptian actor, born in 1926, his beginning was with cinema as a child, where he participated in the movie (Salamah fi Khair) 1937, after that he graduated from the Higher Institute of Arab Acting Art in 1947, to work in Youssef Wehbe Theater, where he participated in the play ( Jealousy) in 1948, then worked in the National Theater, and participated in many works before leaving Cairo in 1968 to establish the National Theater in Libya until 1974 and worked there as a teacher of acting and directing, then returned to participate in dozens of works between cinema, theater and television, one of his most prominent works (inhabitant Qasadi, Sukkar Hanim, saw what he needed), passed away in 2011 due to a struggle with bone cancer.
Unlike many stars, star Omar Hariri succeeded in imposing his presence on the screen for long periods, whether through his experiences on the cinema screen or the small screen, or even his experiences in which he stood on stage.
Since he started his first stop in the artistic community until his last experiences, the great artist was able, thanks to the experience he gained, to change his skin. , as happened in the movie “Al-Nasser Salah El-Din”, and he also presented comedic experiences, as happened in the movie “Sukar Hanim” and also happened in the movie “His Excellency the Minister”, as well as his famous role in front of leader Adel Imam in the play “Al-Wad Sayed Al-Shaghal”.
He passed away by a sovereign decision
In the sixties, after achieving great successes at the level of acting on stage and in front of the cinema camera, Omar Hariri left Egypt, in 1968, heading to Libya, according to a sovereign decision, according to his version.
The purpose of Omar Hariri’s sudden departure was the desire of officials in Egypt to transfer the achievements of Egyptian art there. It made him very popular in the Libyan Jamahiriya, from which he returned in 1974.
He died as he wished and hated his name
And according to his daughter’s testimony, which revealed many of the secrets of the late star, including that he left exactly as he expected and wished, as he had dreamed all his life that he would die on stage, which was actually achieved as he fell during one of the performances among his audience, and also revealed and explained a story that her father did not He wanted someone to know his true religion, and she said in many press and media statements that the big star and he wished his name to be “Fred”, because the name “Omar” proves his Muslim religion, which he refused so that the public would not know that he is a Muslim of religion through his name , especially since he was convinced that the audience of the actor should not be limited to a certain group, so that his audience would be Muslims and Christians alike, and therefore he avoided on many occasions to reveal his real name, even though he enjoyed great love from Muslims and Christians alike.
The strange thing is that when the pages of the social media reported this story, some people went to the point of launching a major attack and insulting the famous star, even though what he said and what he wished for is a matter for him and he will be held accountable for him alone without anyone taking care of the account on his behalf, this is a matter that belongs to him alone and remains between him and God.
