Put the chicken breasts on a wooden board and dress them with mustard, salt and finely chopped garlic. Then fry them in a pan over and over. While they are done, place tomatoes, carrots, two ears of corn and some green vegetables (broccoli, green beans, peppers…) on a baking sheet. Add a splash of olive oil and reserve.
When your chicken is ready, wrap it in parchment paper and put it on top of the vegetables. Put it all in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
During prep time, make the sauce for the chicken! In a bowl put two tablespoons of mustard, one of honey and a small glass of water. Stir well (until a homogeneous mixture remains) and reserve.
Take the vegetables and chicken out of the oven and… enjoy the honey mustard sauce you’ve made to go with it! You will suck your fingers!
