Exclusive translation: A judge has ordered the detention of a man accused of raping and carrying a 10-year-old girl from Ohio.

According to the “Daily Mail” Fuentes, 27, is accused of two criminal charges related to the rape of a girl who traveled to Indiana to have an abortion.

Franklin County District Judge Julie Lynch ruled that the accused be denied bail.

Fuentes, from Guatemala, was summoned earlier this month and bail was initially set at $2 million. He remains in the Franklin County Jail. He faces the possibility of life imprisonment without a chance of parole.
