In another context, a child drowned while playing in a canal in Menoufia, and attempts to save him failed amid a state of grief among his family members because of the tragic accident.
The details of the incident are due to the fact that Major General Hazem Sami, Director of Menoufia Security, received a notification from Brigadier General Mustafa Al-Nashal, the warden of Tala Police Station, stating that a child had drowned inside the Al-Aqal canal passing by the village of Mit Al-Karam, affiliated with the center’s department, and they moved to the accident site to find out its circumstances.

The security force issued a report on the incident, No. 7617 misdemeanour, Tala Police Station, for the year 2022, after hearing the statements of the deceased child’s family and eyewitnesses, and attaching the medical report on the death case, in which the health inspector confirmed that the death was as a result of asphyxia from drowning, and the investigation authorities were notified to proceed with the investigation. .
The investigation authorities decided to allow the burial of the body and hand it over to his family. Hundreds of residents of the village of Mit al-Karam, affiliated to the Tala Center, shared the body of the deceased child amid a state of family collapse.
