The Ministry of Health has signed a package of agreements that exceeded more than 100 cooperation agreements with private sector hospitals in the Kingdom, with a desire to build bridges of communication and build strategic partnerships between government and private sectors.
These agreements are a participatory project between the private and public sector, represented in providing support and follow-up, and transferring and exchanging experiences and knowledge, between the two sides, with the aim of developing performance and providing the necessary expertise to improve service delivery mechanisms.
This comes as a continuation of the role of the Health Performance Program in working to achieve the goals of the vision in improving the efficiency and quality of services and facilitating access to them, in addition to its work in an integrated manner with all partners in ministries and programs in the health system to improve and manage performance at the national level in light of what the health sector enjoys in The Kingdom of great interest and unlimited support from the wise leadership to enhance and improve health care provided to citizens and residents.
It is noteworthy that the “Health Performance” program is one of the most prominent transformation programs in the health sector possible to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which aims primarily to facilitate access to health services and raise their quality.
The program has won several international awards in the areas of quality and performance improvement, such as the MCA Award 2018, and the commendation of the CQI Award in London for the year 2019. The program also recently obtained the ISO 9001:2015 accreditation certificate in quality management, as an extension of the program’s excellence over the past years, and its application of the best international standards in quality. and performance management.
