Riyadh: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that those who arrive in Saudi Arabia with individual visas are allowed to perform Umrah. For multiple visa holders, the visa validity is up to one year. Individual visas allow Saudi citizens to bring foreigners of their choice into the country as guests.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has clarified that foreigners who come to the country on individual visas recently announced in Saudi Arabia can perform Umrah like those who come on other visas. Individual visas allow Saudi citizens to bring foreigners of their choice into the country as guests. The validity is 90 days for single visa and one year for multiple visa.
Visitors are allowed to enter the country more than once during the visa period. Multiple visa holders must leave the country and return after 90 days after entering the country. Individual visa holders are allowed to worship and visit the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah, and to travel anywhere in the country, including historical sites and tourist attractions. Citizens can apply for multiple individual visas simultaneously.
