He indicated that “on July 10, 2023 those 45 days were completed”, for which reason it was recalled that “in the event that the mayor’s office does not carry out the start of the work within the indicated period, this secretariat may terminate the collaboration agreement, without responsibility and without the need for any judicial declaration”, that is to say that the 57 million pesos can be withdrawn.
In the official letter SEDECO/ACD/1283 /2023, dated July 12 and which has a receipt stamp of the same date at the mayor’s office, it warns that the transfer of resources corresponds to the agreement of the institutional action for the promotion and improvement of the public markets of Mexico City and operating guidelines in the year 2023.
