Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Minister of Transport and Logistics, Engineer Saleh Al-Jasser, revealed advanced stages in the implementation of the “Land Bridge” project, stressing that 11 international companies are currently working on its implementation.
The minister said at the “Municipal Investment” forum that this project is one of the most important expected projects and is receiving great attention from the leadership. There is an alliance of companies led by a Chinese company and a number of international companies.
He added that the designs have been completed and the final cost and financing are being negotiated, stressing that there is another path to implement the project in the event that an agreement is not reached with the Public Investment Fund to implement it, and it is now in an advanced stage.
