The Minister of Sports comments on the leaked call between Mortada Mansour and Ahmed Diab

to speak Ashraf Sobhi The Minister of Youth and Sports regarding the crisis of leaking a call between Ahmed Diab, president of the Association of Clubs, and Mortada Mansour, president of Zamalek Club, and he also responded to criticisms of honoring Mohamed Salah.

Sobhi said in televised statements on the “Al-Hekaya” program broadcast on MBC Egypt: “For the leaking of Mortada Mansour and Ahmed Diab’s call, we have no direct responsibility.”

He added, “There are laws that protect deviation from the text, this is not a mathematical issue, and criminal responsibility in such events is very clear, and therefore who has the right to this issue is society and the law.”

And he added: “I read what was said in the call, and I will not hear the call. I will not lower to it. Certainly, educationally and morally, we will not be satisfied with anything that goes out of the text.”

He continued, “As for criticizing Salah’s honor, the player has value in our hearts because he is a sports ambassador at the highest level, and his colleague in the English Premier League, Sun, was welcomed at his country’s airport.”

And he concluded: “We were not informed of the date of his arrival at Cairo Airport, and therefore we decided to honor him morally and not in the value of the necklace. The honor is moral andSalah Gold is not enough for him, and the necklace was made in the largest Egyptian factories.
