Al-Marsad newspaper: The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif Al-Sheikh, expressed his dissatisfaction with the state of neglect that the “Al-Mashar Al-Haram Mosque in Muzdalifah” has suffered for 44 years without air conditioning, between 1395 and 1439.
One of the direct officials of the mosque tried to justify the situation in front of the minister by placing the responsibility on the maintenance contractor, saying: The maintenance contractor is negligent in following up on the work, to be surprised by “Al Sheikh” by replying: “You are the ones who are negligent, the contractor is hired, oh brother, what you mentioned and did not inform the person who took care of him.” .
Al-Sheikh pointed out that this failure must be addressed, adding, “I want a perfect job, and this is seasonal work, and it must be at the highest level, my brother. It is forbidden for you.”
The mosque observers also uploaded an electrical petition to one of the lighting fixtures, saying: “If anything happens because of this electrical short, you are directly responsible.”
He continued: “If you have no ability, lack, or feel that someone is cooperating with you, let me know. I am responsible before God and then before our leadership, and you are responsible to me.”
