The Midfield Terminal (Terminal A) at the Abu Dhabi International Airport will be operational in November, officials have announced. Terminal A will be the largest terminal in the world with an area of 7.42 lakh square meters, according to Abu Dhabi Airports. It can accommodate 4.5 crore passengers a year. It has the capacity to process 11,000 people per hour and operate 79 flights.
