Riyadh: Meteorological Center warns that the temperature will rise sharply in Saudi Arabia. Temperatures will reach 50 degrees and various parts of the country will experience a severe heat wave, a warning has been issued.
According to the National Meteorological Center, severe heat will be felt in the eastern part of the country from Monday to next Saturday. Temperatures will reach 45 to 47 degrees Celsius in eastern parts of Riyadh, Qasim and northern border areas from Wednesday. Temperatures are expected to touch 47 to 50 degrees Celsius in some parts of Madina and Yambu during the next few days. The National Meteorological Center has also said that the maximum temperature will be between 47 and 50 degrees Celsius in most of the governorates.
